Permission and Release Agreement:
I also authorize/consent to use any photos, images or likenesses taken of myself and/or my child while at a the Studio or activity for presentation under any legal condition, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content. I understand that there shall be no payment for this release. I understand that I may revoke this authorization at any time by notifying the Studio in writing.
